How it works

  1. Customers scan your counter standThey join your café’s loyalty programme with their mobile number. There’s no app to download.
  2. Every paid visit countsYour staff scan their card at the till, and a verified visit is added to their passport.
  3. They unlock your rewardAfter the number of visits you choose: a drink, a discount or another treat. You choose it and fund it.
  4. New customers find youMembers discover the other cafés in the club, so the club brings new people to your door.

The founding offer

OMR 19.000 per branch a month

  • Locked in while your subscription stays active.
  • Our planned standard price is OMR 25.000.
  • Zero Hike commission, for life, on your founding branch’s membership. Any future payment-provider charges are separate.

Do customers need an app?
No. They scan your counter stand and sign up with their mobile number. Their card can sit on their phone’s home screen.
What do we need at the counter?
A tablet or phone with a camera, and internet. It works beside your till, with nothing to install.
Who pays for the rewards?
Your café chooses its reward and funds it. You decide how many visits earn it.
What do we see about our customers?
Their names, membership IDs and visits at your café. Never their phone numbers, and never their visits at other cafés.
